In short

This is an information site, not a booking platform. We point you toward places to stay, eat and explore, but any booking or payment happens directly with the business you choose, on their own terms.

The listings

Listings are posted by the local businesses themselves. We check new ones before they go live, but the details (prices, opening hours, offers) are theirs to keep current, so treat them as a helpful guide rather than a guarantee. If something looks wrong or out of date, tell us at obzorvisit@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Photos and content

The text, design and logo of the site are ours. Photos sent in by businesses stay theirs, and they are responsible for having the right to use them.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site up and running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. It may be unavailable now and then for maintenance, a technical problem, or something outside our control, including at our hosting or payment provider. We are not responsible for those interruptions or for any loss that results from them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but to the extent permitted by Bulgarian law we are not liable for errors, omissions, or decisions taken on the basis of what is published, nor for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site. For paid advertising, our liability is limited to the amount paid for that placement.

Changes

We may update these terms or the content of the site from time to time. The version you see here is always the current one.
