Art & Culture
The cultural programme in Obzor stands on something a good deal older than the resort. Columns from the Roman temple of Jupiter stand on the central square, and before Rome this was the Thracian settlement of Naulochos, from the sixth century BC. The summer events, from folk ensembles and exhibitions to readings and community-centre performances, happen on that same square.
